This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project or change manager to broaden their experience, strengthen their capability and contribute to work that supports how Audit Wales delivers its strategic priorities.

Our projects are central to helping Audit Wales adapt, improve and deliver lasting value. They support better ways of working, make effective use of technology and data, and help ensure our services continue to meet the needs of colleagues, stakeholders and the people of Wales.

In this role, you will manage and support priority projects across the organisation, working with colleagues, senior leaders and stakeholders to turn ideas into practical, lasting improvements.

Are you a project or change professional who enjoys making sense of complex work, engaging others and helping change land well? Do you want to use your skills in an organisation with a clear public purpose, where successful projects can make a real difference? If so, this role could be a great next step for you.

This fixed-term opportunity offers the chance to make an immediate contribution while developing your experience across a varied change portfolio. You will bring strong project management discipline, confidence in engaging and influencing others, and a practical understanding of how to support people through change. You will be comfortable taking ownership of work, working at pace and balancing structure with flexibility. Just as importantly, you will be motivated by collaboration, learning and making change feel clear, manageable and worthwhile for the people affected by it.
