About the role
We are looking for a creative and motivated Communications Officer to join our award-winning team on a nine-month maternity cover.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in how we communicate our work and make a difference across the public sector.
You will be a confident all-rounder who enjoys making an impact.
You will:
- plan and deliver engaging internal communications campaigns;
- create high-quality content for social media and digital channels; and
- build strong relationships with local and national media.
Who are Audit Wales
Audit Wales is the independent public sector audit body within Wales. We hold a unique position within the Welsh public sector, where our role is to:
- Assure the people of Wales that public money is being managed well through our annual audit of public sector accounts.
- Explain how public money is being used and how it meets people’s needs through our Value for Money studies.
- Inspire and empower those with whom we work to continuously improve by sharing initiatives and best practice.
