The report covers Snowdonia National Park Authority’s (the Authority) delivery and evaluation of services in relation to 2012-13 and its planning of improvement for 2013-14.
The Authority made good progress in delivering improvements in those areas it had identified as being of high priority. The Authority published a comprehensive assessment of the extent to which it delivered its improvement objectives for 2012-13. The Authority’s plans for improvement are well established and are supported by effective asset management arrangements and a constructive approach to evaluating its governance arrangements. The Authority faces a number of significant challenges over the next two years but it is too early to say to what extent these will affect the Authority’s ability to deliver improvements
