NHS Workforce data briefing
We’ve published our strategy for the next five years.
Our purpose and vision is at the heart of everything we do in Audit Wales. However, we recognise the significant challenges facing public services which will ultimately alter the way we deliver our work.
Our Five Year Strategy looks at emerging trends, a Wales perspective, where we are and where we want to be.
It explains how we want to achieve a ‘One Audit Wales’ through three key areas:
- Strategic, dynamic and high-quality audit programme;
- Targeted and impactful approach to communications and influencing; and
- Culture and operating model that allows us to thrive both now and, in the future.
