Audit Wales is looking to recruit a People and OD Administrator

We are looking for a friendly, motivated colleague to join our People and OD team. You will have great attention to detail, a positive can-do attitude, and work well independently as well as alongside your team. This is a flexible, hybrid role so you would spend some time in the Cardiff office for collaboration and team development as well as working from home.

You will have great communication skills and focus on building relationships with internal stakeholders across Audit and Corporate Services while demonstrating our values and behaviours at all times.

Our team approach is to support one another, problem-solve together, build our relationships with colleagues and take opportunities to understand the needs of the organisation so we can continue to grow as an approachable, credible support function within Corporate Services.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for making a difference to the public sector through your positive relationship building, and your willingness to go the extra mile to support your Audit Wales colleagues.

Audit Wales is the independent public sector audit body within Wales. We hold a unique position within the Welsh public sector, where our role is to:

  • Assure the people of Wales that public money is being managed well through our annual audit of public sector accounts.
  • Explain how public money is being used and how it meets people’s needs through our Value for Money studies.
