A team from the Wales Audit Office reviewed the new Framework and implementation plan and examined progress in 10 councils across Wales prior to the implementation of the Framework on behalf of the Auditor General. In 2013 Healthcare Inspectorate Wales and the Wales Audit Office reported jointly on the governance arrangements at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board . Our report made 24 recommendations aimed at addressing a number of fundamental concerns.
