The report covers Pembrokeshire County Council’s delivery and evaluation of services in relation to 2012-13, its planning of improvement for 2013-14

The Council is making good progress in delivering improvements in its priority areas. The Council has improved its approach to self-evaluation and has
produced a comprehensive review of its performance, compliant with legislation and guidance.The Council’s planning for improvement and its arrangements to support
improvement are sound, but the Appointed Auditor has issued a public interest report and has highlighted some areas where governance arrangements need to be considered. The Council is likely to make arrangements to secure continuous improvement for 2014-15.
