The report covers Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority’s (the Authority) delivery and evaluation of services in relation to 2012-13 and its planning of improvement for 2013-14.
The Authority made good progress delivering improvements in those areas it had identified as being of high priority. The Authority published an informative assessment of the extent to which it delivered its improvement objectives for 2012-13. The Authority’s plans for improvement are focused on outcomes and are supported by a promising approach to evaluating its governance arrangements and to managing its assets. The Authority faces a number of significant challenges over the next two years but it is too early to say to what extent these will affect the Authority’s ability to deliver improvements.
