Our audit examined whether the organisation’s governance arrangements support delivery of high quality, safe and effective services.
We focused on both the operational and corporate approach to quality governance, organisational culture and behaviours, strategy, structures and processes, information flows and reporting.
Overall, we found that the Health Board has agreed quality and safety priorities at all levels of the organisation.
