In the final of the series of asset management shared learning seminars, we looked to share the approaches organisations have undertaken with revised service configuration, as well as new and sustainable approaches to hard and soft facilities management.

This was a free interactive seminar by the Wales Audit Office, National Assets Working Group and Good Practice Wales. This seminar brought together the most up-to-date practices from across Wales and beyond. Walking away from this seminar, delegates had shared and learnt different approaches to facilities management, enabling them to achieve more with less.
